Toby Mitchell, former Bandidos enforcer, has been denied bail after threatening to shoot a man and his daughter over an extortion bid.
Mitchell has a criminal record in keeping with his position as a senior member of the criminal bikie gang.
His lawyers argued that Mitchell should not be given a jail term because he would not receive the level of medical treatment he requires while he is in jail.
The lawyer who argued this case in court, should have been told by the magistrate, “go outside and stand on the naughty corner until you can behave yourself.”
How can someone have the effrontery to argue that their client should receive a better standard of protection in jail than their client was prepared to offer to the members of the public while on the outside.
