Anthony Watson of the Lions is hit with a high tackle by Sonny Bill Williams of the All Blacks during the second test match between the New Zealand All Blacks and the British & Irish Lions at the Westpac Stadium on July 1, 2017 in Wellington, New Zealand.

Add to this an uncharacteristic poor performance by goal kicker Beauden Barrett  scored all of the All Black’s points.

The British Lions scored two tries, the ABs none.

Next week at Eden Park, the All Blacks will be focusing on the basics:  keeping 15 men on the ground for the entire 80 minutes, kicking all their penalty goals, scoring tries and playing the kind of rugby they tried to play in the final disparate minutes of the second test.
